Annoto

Annoto is an interactive tool that allows instructors to create video-based discussions and assignments. Instructors and students can comment on videos using text and video, providing a powerful way to collaborate with classmates. Instructors and students can also add personal notes to a video.

(for use with Annoto)

Kaltura Media automatically includes Annoto functionality when it is embedded in a Canvas course.

Annoto can be used to create quiz interactions that connect to the Canvas Grade Center!

Instructors can choose to enable or disable Annoto features for a particular Kaltura video or for their course.

Annoto gives instructors and students access to a private, digital notepad called "Personal Notes." The tool can be used to capture important information related to a Kaltura video.
