Student Forms
Student Forms allows you to:
- Complete financial aid forms on your phone, tablet, or computer.
- Securely upload documents from any device.
- E-sign documents鈥攂oth you and your parents!
- Manage your financial aid tasks online
- Receive automated reminders about outstanding tasks and next steps
The Priority Deadline for all missing documents is June 15th*. If all correct documents are submitted by
this date, you are guaranteed to have a Financial Aid Offer before the payment due
date.
*Documents will still be accepted after this date, however, the Financial Aid Office
cannot guarantee that verification will be complete before the Payment Due Date.
Student Forms Log In
Students
to log into your Student Forms account. If you have NOT already logged into your
LancerNet account, it will redirect you to log in.
Parents
Your student submits a request for the parent account to be created. You will receive
a link in your email to create an account.
Log into Existing Account:
Student Email Information
New Students: Student Forms emails will be sent to the current email you are using to communicate with 91猫先生 (gmail, Yahoo, icloud, etc.) until after you are enrolled and your LancerMail is activated.
Current Students: Student Forms emails will be sent to your Lancermail, or whatever email you set as preferred in Student Forms.
