The fall 2025 application opened on July 15, 2024.
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree (BS, BA) in communication disorders from an accredited college or university or the evaluated equivalency. Applicants with degrees in other majors must complete a post-baccalaureate certificate program in communication disorders.

- One (1) Physical Science; either Chemistry or Physics
- Statistics
- One (1) Behavioral Science: Anthropology, Ethnic and cultural studies, Archaeology, Area studies, Economics, Gender and sexuality studies, Geography organizational studies, Political science, Psychology, Psychobiology, Criminology and cognitive science

CAPCSD continues to fund a for qualifying students. The Fee Assistance Program waives the CSDCAS fee for the first application submitted. To qualify, students must either be considered Low Income or McNair Scholars

Please be prepared to submit the following with your CSDCAS application:
- Official sealed transcripts from all colleges and universities attended sent to CSDCAS
- Three recommendations: Two from faculty/instructors and one from a professional source sent to CSDCAS
- Resume including any relevant volunteer, field, or work experience sent to CSDCAS
- A comprehensive essay: minimum 500 words that includes the following:
- Your desire for entering the program
- How the program will allow you to live your purpose
- Why your characteristics and goals are congruent with 91èÏÈÉú's mission
- An overall minimum GPA of 3.0, as calculated by CSDCAS, is required
- Personal Interview—not all candidates are selected for an interview
- Students selected for admission will also be required to also submit the following
before they can begin the program: 1) A degree from a regionally accredited univeristy
OR evidence of a passing score on the Basic Skills Requirement for the Preliminary
Speech-Language Services Credential and, 2) Live Scan (Certificate of Clearance)
- An applicant whose first language is not English and/or does not have a degree from an institution where English is the primary language of instruction is required to demonstrate English proficiency by submitting a recent TOEFL or IELTS score.
