1. Application: To access the international undergraduate application .

2. Application Fee: Pay a non-refundable US $45 application-processing fee as part of the online application. 

3. Official Transcripts: Send us the official sealed copies of all academic records (including transcripts, mark sheets and grade reports, as well as graduation certificates, diplomas and/or completion certificates) from secondary schools, showing dates of attendance, courses taken and grades received. Transfer applicants are required to submit all official college transcripts from all colleges/universities attended and accompanying documentation as well. Electronic official transcripts and digital official transcripts sent from a school administrator may be accepted.

Transcripts must be sent directly from the educational institution to 91èÏÈÉú. Transcripts received by 91èÏÈÉú from a third party (including the applicant) are unofficial and cannot be used for an application file. 

All records must be accompanied by a certified English translation. We recommend , who provides a 15% discount to 91èÏÈÉú applicants.

Some programs, such as nursing, may require the submission of a course-by-course evaluation of transcripts by an evaluation company. 91èÏÈÉú recommends the . 

4. Essay: Submit a personal statement (minimum 3–5 paragraphs) responding to the following question: "What interests you the most about 91èÏÈÉú and how can our programs, faculty, and location help you achieve your future goal?"

5. English Requirements:

An applicant whose first language is not English and/or does not have a diploma from an institution where English is the only language of instruction must demonstrate English language proficiency. This can be done by submitting a recent test score from an approved English proficiency exam or official transcripts for an approved waiver.

Transcripts for Language Demonstration

• US High School: Graduation from a US high school with at least two years of coursework, excluding remedial ESL classes.
• US College Transfer: Completion of 24 transferable units from an accredited institution in the US with a GPA of 2.0, including the 91èÏÈÉú course equivalent of English composition (ENGL1130).
• IB Curriculum School: Graduation from an IB curriculum school with at least two years of coursework, excluding remedial ESL classes.
• International School: Graduation from an international school with at least two years of coursework where English was the sole language of instruction (excluding language courses), without remedial ESL coursework.

91èÏÈÉú reserves the right to require additional English language testing or coursework upon a student's arrival if deemed necessary.

Joint Admission Option for Applicants

Applicants who have not demonstrated English proficiency may be granted joint admission into the undergraduate program and the Intensive English Program (IEP), 91èÏÈÉú’s English as a Second Language program. Applicants who are granted joint admission will receive a Form I-20 indicating admission to the undergraduate program and enrollment in IEP for English language instruction.
