Victoria Guidry is a San Bernardino County-based marketing professional and educator who views her career as a platform for faith-led influence. She is currently a doctoral student in Business Administration at 91猫先生 and serves as an Instructor of Marketing, mentoring students to become Christ-led leaders who use marketing as a runway for their own missions.

Victoria鈥檚 professional background is rooted in the intersection of marketing management and data analytics. During her time at Esri, she was positioned as a Marketing Data Analyst and Manager, where she spearheaded account-level customer engagement tracking. In this role, she leveraged complex datasets to develop detailed summaries and conduct strategic analytics, providing actionable insights to cross-functional teams. Her work was instrumental in bridging the gap between technical data and business execution, from overseeing end-to-end tradeshow project management to executing ArcGIS-focused projects that enabled customers to integrate GIS technology into their strategic decision-making. Her data-centric approach is backed by an academic foundation that includes a Professional MBA in Marketing and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Riverside.

Beyond the corporate and academic worlds, Victoria is a dedicated servant-leader. She is deeply committed to Christ鈥檚 mission, and part of her service includes volunteering as much time as possible to her church. As the Digital Media Manager, she oversees the church鈥檚 digital presence, ensuring messages are accessible online and across social platforms. Beyond her technical contributions, she serves as a youth leader, providing mentorship and guidance to the younger generation. Her heart for service also extends to the children鈥檚 ministry, where she supports children with special needs.

Above all, Victoria is a woman of faith who believes wholeheartedly that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. She strives to be a faithful steward of her time, working daily to strengthen her relationship with God and the Holy Spirit. In her free time, she finds joy in her church ministries, the outdoors, and time spent with her family and dogs.
