RTA U-Pass

Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) uses the RTA GoMobile App to offer current 91猫先生 students FREE access to the RTA bus system. *Passes are issued per semester, and students must be registered for classes for that semester.

To receive the mobile pass for Summer 2026, use the Inside91猫先生 . You will need to login to Inside91猫先生 to complete this form.

Requests for Fall 2026 semester passes will not be available until August 1, 2026.

You only need complete the request form once.  You do not have to request a pass each semester. Requests will rollover semester to semester.

Requests typically take five (5) to seven (7) business days to process. Once your request is processed, you will receive an email from RTA to set up a password for the RTA GoMobile app.  Follow the steps below to complete your UPASS registration.

1. 1. Download the RTA GoMobile app available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
   2. Click Signup and create an account using your Cal Baptist-issued email address or LancerMail.  This contains your name not your ID number (i.e., FirstMiddle.Last@calbaptist.edu).
   3. After you create an account, the first time you login you will be prompted to Create Your Wallet. (You can type in 91猫先生 as your wallet name).
   4. After you create your wallet, you will see your student Cal Baptist mobile pass.
